These elegant picture fames have all been designed by artist Ingo Williams in his New York studio. All of the work is done by hand using architectural glass and stained glass techniques. Each frame consists of two sheets of glass soldered together and edged with silvery metal. They are constructed as floating picture frames, so the photograph appears to be floating in air, held in place by a tiny spring-like device.
